Head of education (KS4)

This is an exciting and unique opportunity to join us as head of education at our Kennington site (KS4). Working equally alongside the head of therapy, this non-teaching role at our site for 25 pupils with education, health and care plans is fundamental to the seamless operation of the school.

In addition to day-to-day leadership and management, the key responsibility of this role is to monitor and assure a consistently outstanding quality of education, including in relation to qualification delivery, examinations, careers and work experience.

We are looking for a robust and efficient occupational therapist to join our outstanding team of professionals, ensuring that occupational therapy is effectively implemented and maintained across all of our school sites. Experience of working with sensory integration and the impact of early years trauma is preferable. Occupational therapists with varying experience and a willingness to progress professionally within a trauma-informed educational setting are encouraged to apply.
